I'm Not A Girl

I'm editing this to say that I totally bit this onesie from my friend Mark's baby, Rajko. I saw it on his website and googled it. It's made by this company called Wry Baby, and they have lots of funny onesies, that say things like "I Don't Floss" and "I Eat Dirt", etc.

To me he looks like Bill Clinton in this picture..."I never had any ... relations .... with that sippy cup, Miss Sippy Cup". His hands are enormous, that's not just an optical illusion.

24 Weeks

Happy Thanksgiving

Taking this picture, I realize I have much for which to be thankful. And I'm not just saying that because he just woke up from an hour nap! I'm saying it because I love these boys! Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Feet

What's this? They're like hands, but further away and taste vaguely of soap! Who cares? They're going in my mouth anyway!

SO Sitting Up

We went to the Pacer game last night and in honor of their big win over Houston, Anthony is in his new Pacer outfit today. He is also totally sitting up on his own.

Flip Wilson

Anthony is flipping over now, he has been for a while but now he does it immediately after we put him down on his belly. As a result, it took me three tries to get a picture of him on his belly. Here are the pics:

23 Weeks

We went to Parisian yesterday

...they were having a big sale and we bought this outfit. It's crazy soft and it has booties which is good since it's freezing today.

High Chair

We had much drama here this week with our high chair, which was a gift from my Aunts Barbara, Cris and Karen. I went down and got it from the basement and tried to put it together and it was broken - it was sent to us broken. So after MUCH rigamarole with Graco (who kind of suck and kind of don't so I can't recommend them or not) we got a new high chair delivered yesterday. I only called the day before yesterday, so that's where Graco doesn't suck too badly. But I had to call like TEN times and speak to three different people so that's where they kind of suck . Luanne and Jen at Graco? Suck. Dean, at Graco? Doesn't suck. Anyways, here's the chair.

Bath

Anthony puts his feet in his mouth during his bath, but we have no photographic evidence of it, since as soon as we take out the camera he stops. It's just as well because in order to pose with his feet in his mouth, when he's naked, well, it's not the most proper pose in the world. It might not even be legal!

We took a walk last night

22 Weeks

He's 22 weeks today but was five months yesterday. This makes no sense to us. He's having a good day today, but he's not sleeping much! We walked to the bookstore before, then he came home and napped for 20 minutes (so not close to long enough), then we went to Lowe's and bought a storm door for the back door and a new medicine cabinet for our bathroom. Then we went to Ayres to buy my niece Moira a birthday present. He fell asleep on the way home and we successfully moved him to his crib, which never works, so we're cautiously excited that he might get some sort of decent nap today. Mike's home today because it's Veterans Day. So, thanks Veterans of America, because we're getting a lot done!

Five Months

And Happy Birthday to Mike, who was 37 on Tuesday. Or 1,924 weeks, as we think of it around here.

I couldn't help it...

I had to post another picture. He is so cute in this new thing, he loves it so much! Every time I take his picture in it, he's always looking at me like "can you believe this thing?!"

21 Weeks

...is library day. Not really, but we are in fact, about to walk to the libary. Note his GIGANTIC hands in this picture. They're as big as mine!

Floor

Yesterday...

...was my friend Cathy's birthday. She gave me this blanket and a pillow for Anthony, it's one of those no-sew type things? It is super soft and Anthony loves it. He is sitting up REALLY well. Last night, my mother stayed over and gave him his 2:00 feeding so I slept from 10:30 to 6:30. UNBELIEVABLE.

All Saints Day

My mother came over to watch him so Mike and I could go to Mass. He hasn't slept for a few hours and is a little nuts, but that hat is still cute.
