In an "I'm the Big Bro" shirt that my friend Mark and his wife Marina sent. They have two boys - Rajko is a little older than Anthony and Ilija just turned a year old, so they know from having two kids! They also sent a hooded towel, cloths, and a bib for Maria. They are all super cute.

I got a new nursing pillow and I love it. Anthony loves the box! that it came in.

Rolls

 

 

He took the rolls out of the bag and took one bite of each one. I had just vacuumed. It was still funny to me, I think just because I'm delirious and tired.

I look like the Wild Man of Borneo in that picture, but I am bravely posting it anyway because I think Anthony looks so cute and pleased with himself. He LOVES to check out Maria while she's sleeping. Sometimes he takes her Nuk, sometimes he pokes on finger on her face (gentle! GENTLE! we warn him), but mostly he just looks. He's doing really well with her, and we are so happy and grateful.

Eating

 

Here's Anthony, eating pancakes out of the drawer on January 10, 2007. It's the last night he's going to be an only child, God willing. We had a nice day today, we went to Broad Ripple open gym, came home and had lunch, and he took a nice nap. Mike came home a little early and we went for a walk in the rain. Then Laura came over and we all had dinner. Tomorrow we're off to the hospital before noon - wish us luck! He has no idea what he's in for!

He got a haircut today, it was murder. I had to hold him for most of it. Then I have to tip the girl a billion dollars for putting up with us. He was up late last night and awake early this morning and then took no nap today so ... I'm glad he's asleep now.

Sleeping on the floor

He fell asleep on the floor on Monday around 5:00, he hadn't taken a nap and he just can't make it some days. He was HORRIBLE when he woke up, kind of walked around screaming and crying for 90 minutes after he woke up. He looked cute while he slept, though.

January 3, after work. He woke up at the crack of dawn this morning, like 5:30. We went to my mom and dad's and hung out, took a walk (MY GOD it is cold), had lunch. Then he fell asleep in the car and didn't wake up as I carried him in and laid him down in his bed. He slept for 3 hours in his coat and shoes! He'll probably be up til midnight tonight.
